RassadaPier.net provides a coordinated transfer consisting of a private vehicle transfer and a scheduled public boat departure. Services are evaluated and accepted based on actual operating conditions, including flight arrival timing, airport exit timing, vehicle availability, and remaining boat schedules. As the operating carrier and direct service operator, RassadaPier.net defines service scope, timing rules, and responsibility limits before payment.

2. Decision Before Payment
Bookings are accepted only when the system determines that the transfer can be delivered under manageable timing and operational conditions. Displayed options do not constitute confirmation until accepted by the system. RassadaPier.net may limit, adjust, or pause bookings when timing risk exceeds acceptable thresholds.

3. Airport Arrival and Timing Evaluation
Pickup timing is based on actual airport exit time, not scheduled flight arrival time. Immigration clearance and baggage collection times are outside operator control and cannot be guaranteed. Premium seating, priority disembarkation, or expedited immigration services do not override timing evaluation rules or booking eligibility.

4. Private Vehicle and Boat Services
Private service applies to the vehicle only. Boat services operate on fixed public schedules and are not private. Boat departures cannot be delayed, held, or rescheduled for individual passengers.

5. Included Waiting Time and Additional Fees
Included vehicle waiting time is up to 3 hours from aircraft landing for international flights and up to 2 hours from aircraft landing for domestic flights. If airport exit exceeds the included waiting time, an additional waiting fee of 600 THB per hour per vehicle applies for continued standby service and is payable by the passenger.

6. Same Day Adjustment and Overnight Continuation
If same day continuation remains possible, the booking will be adjusted to the next available departure no later than 15:00, with no additional boat fee. If the final same day departure is missed, travel continues on the next available day with no additional boat fare. Overnight accommodation, meals, and related expenses in Phuket Town are not included. Private vehicle transfer on the following day is not included and requires an additional fee. In overnight cases, the vehicle provided will transfer passengers from Phuket Airport to a hotel in Phuket Town.

7. Airport Greeting and Assistance
Included assistance consists of meet and greet at the arrival terminal, coordination and escort to the correct private vehicle, and assistance until airport exit. This assistance is provided to prevent missed pickups, incorrect vehicle boarding, and coordination errors. Not included are negotiation or waiver of waiting fees, luggage supervision during personal activities, delays for shopping or photography, or allowance for passengers to remain inside the airport beyond pickup timing.

8. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for exiting the airport promptly after completing arrival procedures, following pickup instructions, and being available when the vehicle is ready for departure. Failure to do so may result in missed connections without additional compensation.

The following are considered outside the control of RassadaPier.net and must be accepted before payment: flight delays causing missed pickups or departures, passengers remaining inside the airport beyond the waiting window after vehicle arrival, assumptions that private services wait indefinitely, delays caused by shopping, photography, or non essential activities, and failure to follow provided arrival or pickup instructions.

10. Flexible Ticket and Dynamic Pricing

Pricing adjustments reflect operational cost and risk management requirements and are not penalties. If timing risk exceeds what can be managed responsibly, the booking will not be accepted.

11. Refusal of Risk Override
Passenger willingness to accept risk does not override system limits. RassadaPier.net does not accept individual risk waivers and reserves the right to refuse or adjust bookings when timing risk exceeds manageable levels.

12. Changes and Modifications
RassadaPier.net may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The version in effect at the time of payment governs the booking.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand.
